Photos Are The New Curb Appeal

For sale by owner sellers have a bad habit of using less than amazing photos in their online ads with the mindset of "they'll get the idea." It doesn't work. Buyers are pickier than ever, and with high inventory levels in a buyers market, you've got to make sure your first impression leaves a lasting impression.
